BCS Separator 5-9
The separator is equipped with a self-discharging drum, which allows the separation process to be carried out continuously.

The solids separated by the set of discs slide into the sediment collection space, from where they are periodically removed at full drum speed. This is ensured by a piston on the periphery of the double conical sediment collection space with hydraulic opening to remove solids in a fraction of a second.

From the self-discharging separator, the clarified liquid is discharged foam-free under pressure by a centrifugal pump.

In order to prevent contact between the product in the separator and the outside air, the machine is equipped with a pressure maintenance system.
